Cornhole Amsterdam


Article 1: Definitions

Seller/Provider: Cornhole Amsterdam, located in Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number [Insert Your Number], hereafter referred to as "Seller".

  • Buyer/Client: The natural or legal person entering into an agreement with the Seller.

  • The Agreement: The purchase, rental, or service agreement between the parties.

Article 2: Applicability

These conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of services or goods by or on behalf of the Seller. Deviations are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Article 3: Payment


  • Payment for online orders and bookings must be made immediately via the website (e.g., iDEAL).

  • If the Buyer fails to pay on time, they are in default. The Seller reserves the right to suspend all services or deliveries until payment is received.

  • Any collection costs incurred by the Seller to obtain payment will be charged to the Buyer


Article 4: Rentals (Boards & Bags)


  • When renting equipment, the Client is responsible for the materials from the moment of pick-up/delivery until the moment of return.

  • Damage: Any damage to boards or bags caused by improper use (e.g., exposure to heavy rain, standing on boards, or loss) will be charged to the Client based on the repair or replacement value.

  • Deposit: The Seller may require a security deposit, which will be returned if the equipment is returned in the same condition as provided.

Article 5: Event Sessions & Cancellations

Cancellations by Client:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are free of charge (excluding transaction fees).

  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours will be charged 50% of the agreed price.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the price.

  • Weather Policy: Since Cornhole is an outdoor sport, sessions may be rescheduled in case of extreme weather (heavy rain/storm) at the Seller's discretion.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal (Sales Only)


  • Consumers have the right to dissolve a purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

  • Exception: Custom-made products (e.g., boards with a personal logo or custom design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are for the Buyer.

Article 7: Delivery and Risk


  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer as soon as the goods are received or the rental period begins.

Article 8: Liability


  • The Seller is not liable for any injury or damage to personal property resulting from the use of the equipment or participation in sessions, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Seller.


Article 9: Complaints


  • Complaints regarding delivered goods or services must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery.

Article 10: Governing Law


  • Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in the district where Cornhole Amsterdam is located.
